Project Director

As our firm's overall Project Director, Sau Wei takes charge of all project-related responsibilities such as tracking all project scope, schedule and costs, as well as maintaining project quality and consistency. Sau Wei also assists with DLP Consultancy work.

Sau Wei has more than 20 years of experience in managing IT projects of varying degrees of complexity, size and cost. He spent the initial part of his career in IBM learning the ropes around IT networking projects, first as solution delivery consultant and later as project manager. From his first taste of project management, Sau Wei found his calling and never looked back. He has since taken on numerous PM roles in various organizations, managing medium- to large-scale IT integration projects in Malaysia and Brunei, coordinating various tasks ranging from initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and control to successful closure of projects. Sau Wei is Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified. Outside of work, Sau Wei enjoys a good game of tennis, biking and some light running.
